Privacy Policy

InsuredGarage.com is operated by Analytics Blueprint LLC DBA Insured Brand Group ("we," "us," or "our"). It publishes educational information about insurance for auto repair shops and dealerships. This policy explains what information the site handles, and what it does not.

The short version: we do not ask you for personal information anywhere on this site, and we do not sell or share information about you with anyone.

1. What we collect

Nothing you type. This site has no quote request form, no account, no newsletter signup, and no lead-collection feature. There is nowhere on it to give us your name, your phone number, your email address, or anything about your business.

Technical data, automatically. Like nearly every website, the infrastructure serving these pages (our hosting provider, Cloudflare) processes the technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse: IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time.

Analytics, if you allow it. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand which pages people read and how they move between them: pages visited, time on page, approximate region, device type, and the referring site. We use it to decide what to write next. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else, because there is nothing else.

2. What we share and sell

We sell nothing. We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal information to insurance agents, aggregators, lead buyers, data brokers, or anyone else. We hold none to sell.

Analytics data described above is processed by Google as our analytics provider, under Google's privacy policy. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, such as a court order or a lawful government request.

An agent network is being built for this site. When it opens, there will be a form, the information submitted through it will be shared with licensed agents, and this policy will be rewritten to describe exactly that, in detail, before the form goes live. Until you see that page change, nothing is being collected or sold.

3. Cookies and tracking

Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and for our hosting provider's security and bot protection. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only after you consent.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which sets analytics and advertising storage to "denied" by default until you make a choice. You can change that choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page, or through your browser's own cookie controls. Declining costs you nothing on this site: every page reads the same either way.

We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on this site.

4. How long we keep things

Hosting and security logs are retained by our hosting provider for its own standard period. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. We keep no database of visitors, because we collect none.

5. Links to other sites

This site links to regulators, published sources, and the other brand sites operated by Insured Brand Group. Each has its own privacy policy, and this one does not apply once you leave. Read the policy of the site you are actually on, particularly before submitting information anywhere.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act: to know what personal information a business holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those.

Because this site collects no personal information from you, we generally hold nothing to produce, correct, or delete, and there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. You can still direct any request to the contact below and we will respond as the law requires. We also honor browser-level opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

7. Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing here to opt out of today. If that changes, this section will be replaced with a working opt-out before any sale or sharing begins.

8. Children

This site is written for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and is a static publication with no database of personal information behind it, which removes most of what there would otherwise be to protect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its "last updated" date before the change takes effect. A change that adds any collection of personal information will be described here first.
